Insight Scheduling APP ui Design

Insight is a client scheduling and management app designed to be used by busy therapists. I had the idea for this project after speaking with therapists who currently rely on other methods, such as texting or emailing, to schedule and manage their clients’ appointment times.

The goal of this project was to develop a client scheduling app UI design and prototype based on a problem statement, user personas, and journey maps. After finalizing the user flow and constructing a wireframe, I moved on to create a final UI design and a fully functional prototype in Figma.

Problem Statement

Busy therapists need a better way to manage their clients’ appointment times and schedules all in one place because it currently takes too much time to manage their schedules.

THE solution

The therapy calendar app, Insight, allows users to schedule, edit, and manage appointments which will help busy therapists by enabling them to spend less time managing their client schedules each week.
